Pacific North Loop 4 (PN4) service - Tsingtao Express COVID-19 Incident Update

Further to our CustomerNEWS published on November 18, 2020, we would like to inform you that MV Tsingtao Express is still located at Pusan and several crew members were immediately isolated and brought to a quarantine facility ashore. We are hoping for a speedy recovery.

All TPEB cargo that was originally planned to be loaded in Asia on MV Tsingtao Express 070E is currently being loaded on MV Hamburg Express 999E for further transshipment in Pusan (ETA November 28, 2020).

We are currently assessing any potential impact on vessel, cargo operations and berthing dates for subsequent ports and we will provide more information as soon as it becomes available.

Please be assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to do our utmost to safeguard the health and well-being of all of our seafarers during the pandemic.
