Chile - Here’s an update for the booking window implementation

We look forward to providing a reliable and accurate vessel outlook to our customers and avoid repeated booking adjustments. Therefore, Hapag-Lloyd Chile will implement a new booking window effective September 20, 2021.

Our new booking window will be limiting our booking approvals from 6 to 5 weeks prior to vessel ETD (Estimate Time of Departure). This implementation will be valid for all trades, with the following process:

1. The booking window’s calculation is based on the booking’s receipt date until the vessel’s ETD.
2. Bookings received on the effective date (September 20, 2021) will follow the
   booking window logic.
3. Bookings received from the effective date that fall outside 5-week booking window scope will be rejected.
