In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we sometimes forget important things, including large items like containers. In fact, a significant number of our containers are not available because they were not picked up from the port or inland terminals and are still full, waiting to be picked up. Could one or some of these containers be yours?
We kindly request your support in checking whether you have longstanding container(s) at one of the ports. We would appreciate your support by picking up your longstanding containers as soon as possible.
Please do not forget to then quickly unload it and return the empty to us, freeing up the container and chassis for the next customer. This will not only help avoid further terminal congestions but also tackle operational challenges.
We are aware of the capacity shortages for moving containers out of terminals: ports and inland, however, we kindly encourage you to contact your local customer service teams to actively explore options for getting the containers to your desired end location.
