Shipping from China and Hong Kong? The export empty container pickup timeline is changing

On September 29, 2021, we shared an update concerning export empty container pickup timelines. Please note that with immediate effect, the published timelines will be revised for the locations thereby communicated: Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao, Tianjin, Dalian, Lianyungang, Xiamen, Nansha, Shekou, Yantian, and Hong Kong.

The new export container pickup days before the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at the origin port are detailed below:

• Six days for Dry equipment (20GP, 40HC, 40HC)
• Seven days for Reefer equipment (40RH, Live/Non-Operating Reefer)
• Ten days for all equipment types booked in our Asia West Africa (AWA) service
