Shipping to and from Japan? Here’s an outport acceptance review
If you are shipping to and from Japan, please note that we are reviewing our acceptance outports. This means that from January 1, 2022, we will no longer accept bookings to and from six outports in Japan.
For your reference and cargo planning, the table below includes the affected ports together with the recommended alternatives.

Please know that our customer service team will continue to handle shipments to and from the above-mentioned ports under the following circumstances:
- Your shipment was already accepted and the container has been picked up; or,
- Your shipment is on the way to Japan and will arrive after January 1, 2022.
