The payment remittance information in India is changing soon
There are changes coming up for the payment remittance information in India. If you are shipping cargo from and/or to India, please know that from November 1, 2021, all online payment remittance information must be submitted via the ODeX platform. With this change, the existing mail for providing remittance details, [email protected], will be discontinued on this date.
For your easy reference, we have outlined a few guidelines for payment submissions on ODeX.
For Seaway BL requests, please input, “Please release seaway for HLCUXXXX” in the remarks column when submitting your payment request in ODeX. We will seek to release within four working hours of payment confirmation.
Our finance team will seek to confirm your payment request within four working hours. However, confirmations may depend on various factors such as NEFT or RTGS payment cycles and actual time of credit to our account.
Please request Delivery Order, Bill of Lading or Certificates only once you have the payment confirmation from our finance team.
