Cheque deposit services will no longer be available in Singapore

The Singapore Government's initiative of transforming the country into a Smart Nation counts with e-payment technology to enhance the efficiency for business. In consequence, from January 1, 2022, our Singapore offices will support this initiative by ceasing the over-the-counter cheque payment services for both Singapore Dollars (SGD) and United States Dollars (USD) cheque deposits.

To enjoy a seamless payment procedure, kindly effect your payments by banking online via the following services:

  • FAST – Beneficiary will receive the funds almost instantly;
  • MEPS – Beneficiary will receive the funds on the same day;
  • GIRO – Beneficiary will usually receive the funds between 2 and 3 days; or
  • Telegraphic Transfers – Beneficiary will receive the funds on the same day or later.
