Shipping from China? Here's an update for the late gate-in procedure

Here's an update on our Late Gate-in procedure for export shipments for all mainland China ports.

With effect from January 13, 2022, if required, please send your complete application form to our team at [email protected] with the following subject line: Late come application for <insert your booking number>

To access the application form, please download it from our Local Documents (本地常用文件) available here, and remember to attach it to the mail. Once your request is confirmed, a late acceptance fee will be applied per container. For your reference, the details of the fee are outlined below:

Charge: Late Incomplete Fee (LIF)
Amount: CNY250 per container

Kindly keep in mind that this procedure is the only channel for customers to apply for late acceptance.
