Here's an update for MV Madrid Bridge V. 016E/W

Here's an update on MV Madrid Bridge V 016E/W serving in our East Coast 4 (EC4) Service. During transit to her next port of call in New York, USA, she suffered a container collapse in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Following up on our news from January 11, 2022, after the initial investigation it is estimated that approximately 60 units went overboard, and 80 units damaged. The numbers may be updated after further investigations. The vessel is currently proceeding towards the East Coast of the United States and, should be calling Charleston for a detailed assessment of her condition and to discharge the affected containers.
