Did you submit accurate shipping instructions?
When shipping cargo from Australia and New Zealand, please keep in mind that the port authorities at both countries must submit the shipping manifest within 48 hours after the vessel's departure. What this means for you is that you should submit your shipping instructions before the documentation cut-off to ensure that your cargo is loaded on board the vessel.
With the above in mind, we will implement the "No shipping instruction, no load policy" from June 20, 2022. This policy's goal is to help ensure the safety of your cargo, which means that if a container does not have shipping instructions by the cut-off time, it will not be loaded. A note about cut-off times: these will be adjusted with vessels' schedule changes. Please note that any cost and consequence resulting in shutouts related to the delayed submission of shipping instructions will be at the shippers’ account.
