If you're shipping from Asia to Europe, here are three updates for your cargo planning that we are excited to share with you:

Far East Loop 2 (FE2) service will be calling Wilhelmshaven

From February 2023, the service will add Wilhelmshaven to the existing rotation with the vessels leaving Asia. The call in Wilhelmshaven comes well in time with the electrification of the railways to serve the continental hinterland and access the continuously expanded waterside feeder network for Scandinavian and Baltic countries.

For your reference, the following amended port rotation will come into effect from February 2023:

• Shanghai, CN – Ningbo, CN – Nansha, CN – Yantian, CN – Singapore, SG – Tangier, MA – Southampton, GB – Le Havre, FR – Hamburg, DE – Wilhelmshaven, DE – Rotterdam, NL – Singapore, SG – Pusan, KR

From April 2023, in line with THE Alliance Product 2023 announcement, Wilhelmshaven will turn into the unique gateway to Germany for this service with the following rotation:

• Pusan, KR – Shanghai, CN – Ningbo, CN – South PRC – South PRC – Singapore, SG – Tangier, MA – Southampton, GB – Le Havre, FR – Wilhelmshaven, DE – Rotterdam, NL – Singapore, SG – Pusan, KR

Far East Loop 9 (FE9) service in a new slot charter agreement with CMA CGM

This agreement will come into effect from February 2023. The access to this service will further strengthen our portfolio with its comprehensive market coverage in Asia and dedicated connection of the Benelux countries and United Kingdom. For your reference, here's the port rotation for this service:

• Qingdao, CN – Ningbo, CN – Shanghai, CN – Xiamen, CN – Yantian, CN – Singapore, SG – Rotterdam, NL – Southampton, GB – Antwerp, BE – Le Havre, FR – Jeddah, SA – Qingdao, CN

Our China-Germany Express (CGX) service suspension

From February 2023, the CGX service will be suspended until further notice. For your reference, here are the key dates for the last voyages of the CGX and the first voyages for the FE2 and FE9 services:

• Last voyage CGX: MV LIMARI
  Westbound: Departure Shanghai, CN on February 1, 2023
  Eastbound: Departure Wilhelmshaven, DE on March 3, 2023
