Adjustment of Document Cut-Offs for German Ports

With your cargo planning in mind, we have adjusted the Document Closing deadlines. This change provides you with additional time to submit your Shipping Instructions (SI). However, please note that these are now hard cut-offs, meaning late submissions will result in no load due to immediate submission requirements to Customs.

Additionally, please note:

• We now exclusively accept digital, online, or EDI Shipping Instructions.
• Manual submissions are no longer accommodated.
• No Doc, No Load for Security Countries: If your Shipping Instructions are not submitted before the deadline, your cargo may not be shipped. Please make sure to adhere to the cut-off times to ensure smooth processing.
• To submit your Shipping Instructions, please use our Online Business Suite
• For guidance on our digital tools, visit our new Shipping Instructions Site, where you will find a tutorial video and a user guide.
