Important update: New structured Bill of Lading Draft Approval (BLDA) process

We've fully transitioned to a new structured form for Bill of Lading Draft Approval (BLDA). This new system includes an attachments functionality, but please note:

• Use the dedicated fields on the web form for corrections, not attachments.
• Attachments are only for mandatory documents, such as Letters of Indemnity.
• If a change doesn't have a dedicated field, mention it in the remarks section.

Important change effective May 5, 2025:

• Any changes mentioned in attachments or in the remarks section (when a dedicated field exists) will not be processed after May 5, 2025.

Action required:

• Input corrections directly into the structured fields on the web form.
• Use attachments only for mandatory documents.
• Provide details in the remarks section for changes without a dedicated field.
