Launch Schedule for Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal powered by PayCargo

As communicated during Q1 2025, Hapag-Lloyd is introducing a new digital solution to streamline payment of time-pending charges across U.S. ports.

The Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, enables faster, more transparent, and OSRA-compliant payment processing by combining real-time container visibility, instant pro-forma invoicing, integrated secure payments, immediate fee hold removals, and streamlined electronic dispute resolution - all to accelerate cargo release and simplify your operations.

The CPP will be rolled out in waves across all major U.S. ports, starting in July 2025, with initial launches at the following key terminals:

• Houston – Launching July 7, 2025
• Savannah – Launching early August 2025 (exact date to be confirmed)
• Miami and Port Everglades – Launching mid-August 2025 (exact date to be confirmed)

All other terminals will follow in subsequent waves, with specific locations and dates to be announced later.
