  • Durban: congestion approx. 9 days delay
  • Mombasa: Up to 2 days delay
  • Dar Es Salaam: Upto 11 days delay
  • South Africa: from March 15, 2024, all  freight, local charges' invoices and pickup instructions will be managed via ODeX. From March 18, 2024 the last date for submission of pickup instructions will be 2 working days before vessel arrival - the pickup instructions' request must be submitted via ODeX.
  • Kenya: starting with vessels sailing on or after July 1, 2024, all exporters must provide the "Export Entry Number" for every container loaded at Mombasa during the Shipping Instructions' submission. This applies to export and transshipment cargo. This process enables the Certificate of Export issuance by the Kenya Revenue Authority.

  • For vessel/container/booking status and sailing schedules information, please visit our Online Business Suite
  • For Dangerous Goods Cargo terminal gate acceptance, please submit electronic copies of the Export Hazardous Declarations to upload in the DG bookings
  • For faster BL release at destination, please switch from OBL to SWB if possible. If you should require any assistance, please reach out to your customer service documentation team
