Vietnam

  • In VNVUT, TCIT berth is 7 to 22 hours, SSIT: 0 to 12 hours, Cat Lai is berth on arrival and HICT is 2 to 28 hours. Yard Density; TCIT:57%/SSIT:65%/HICT:62%.

Singapore

  • The average berth waiting time is 0 to 24 hours west-bound and eastbound. Yard utilization is at 65%.

Malaysia

  • Westports, the average berth waiting time is 0 to 24 hours and yard utilization is 77%. Delays are from bunching of vessels and berth congestion. Northport, berth is on arrival and yard utilization is laden 65%.

Thailand

  • Thailand (Laem Chabang) – The berth waiting time of HPT is 16 to 20 hours. Yard utilization: HPT: Terminal C – 46% and Terminal D – 58%. Reason for delays: Vessel bunching, accumulated delays from previous ports. Some vessels having to wait for high tide to arrive/depart. COVID-19 screening onboard process is taking around 0.5-1 hour for every ship.

New Zealand - Auckland

  • No specific issue, stops or slow downs.

Australia

  • Sydney Patrick terminals: Avg Berth on arrival ON window & Avg 0.5 day delay OFF window. AUBNE(PATRICK): Berth on arrival ON window & Avg 0.5 day delay OFF window. Minimal delays to all vessels, with most vessels BOA.

September / October 2022 - export empty container pickup timeline and booking window for China and Hong Kong

  • From September 1, 2022 the booking window restrictions to book cargo on post-Golden Week sailings has been lifted.
  • From September 15, 2022 the empty pickup policy timeline has changed for China and Hong Kong. The list of locations is shown below with the number of days for empty container pickup before the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at the origin port, divided into container types.
  • From October 15, 2022, the booking window will be resumed. Please refer to our website here for the full guideline.
  • From October 15, 2022, the booking cancellation fee policy will be resumed. Please refer to our website here for the full local charges' information.

    The 14-days empty pickup before ETA for GP has been extended until further notice.
