Chittagong, Bangladesh – CFS Terminal Handling Charge (THO)
We would like to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will update the CFS Terminal Handling Charge (THO) for Chittagong as follows, valid until further notice:
Effective dates apply as noted below:
- For cargo to/from USA and Canada: May 26, 2018
- For cargo to/from World (excluding USA and Canada): April 26, 2018
The above charges are subject to Goods and Services Tax at prevailing levels.
Charges will apply for all trades, including those to and from Europe. The Ocean Base rates as well as Bunker related surcharges, Terminal Handling, Security related surcharges, Peak Season surcharges (if applicable) and other charges remain unchanged and for European trades these can be found here. Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply.
