In order to ensure continuous and timely supply we would like to kindly remind you that any required free time beyond the regular tariffs is part of the freight negotiations.

Hapag-Lloyd (Canada) Inc. will not entertain any free time requests after negotiations have been concluded or if a booking confirmation has been issued.
