Turkey - Booking Cancellation Fee

We would like to inform you that with effect from March 15, 2020 we will update the Booking Cancellation fee for shipments to Middle East as follows:

Booking Cancellation Fee for Middle East destinations will be;

FCL Cut Off – 4 Days (Working Days) USD 50 / Per Container

• Hapag-Lloyd Turkey must be informed for cancellation 4 days before the FCL cut-off at the latest
• Booking Cancellation fee occurs for all shipments that postponed from 1st planned vessel and not loaded
