• Notification No 70/2019-CGST dated December 13, 2019.
• Notification No. 13/2020–CGST dated March 21, 2020 postponed the effective date for IRN and QR Code to 01st October 2020 from 01st April 2020.
• Notification No. 61/2020–CGST dated July 30, 2020.

Pursuant to the above referenced Ministry of Finance Notifications, we are pleased to inform you that Hapag-Lloyd will be issuing all Invoices payable in India with the IRN and QR Code (wherever applicable) effective October 1, 2020 via the ODeX portal to comply with above regulation.

We draw your attention to our earlier Local Updates dated July 17 and August 12, 2020 introducing 24 X 7 invoice download facility through the ODeX portal.

Please be advised we have discontinued accepting invoice requests via email. Invoice requests, with immediate effect, are to be placed only via the ODeX Portal.
