Price Announcement for Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) – Turkey and Greece to Central America and the Caribbean

In a continued effort to provide you with a high level of service, uninterrupted liner services and equipment supply, Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all dry container from Greece and Turkey to Central America and the Caribbean.

Effective for all sailings as of February 15, 2021 and valid until further notice the PSS will be as follows:

• USD 200 per TEU from Turkey (all ports served)
• EUR 100 per container from Greece (all ports served)

For Puerto Rico and Colombia (excl. Buenaventura) the PSS will become effective as of March 5, 2021.

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition
