In view of unprecedented demand and extremely high volumes, you may experience booking cancellations due to space constraints. We are trying our best to find space on alternate or subsequent sailings before cancelling a booking request.
To provide more visibility and to reduce additional efforts in making further booking attempts online, we will be providing an email notification to the email address in the initial booking request, explaining the cancellation reasons or advising the service/vessel changes if the booking is confirmed differently from your original request.
