Shipping from Australia and New Zealand? Here's an update for DG Booking declarations

Here’s a reminder on your Dangerous Goods’ (DG) booking declaration. If you are shipping from Australia and New Zealand, we would like to request you to provide the following mandatory details when placing your DG booking request online.

1. Valid contract rate/filing,
2. Routing details,
   
3. Container size/type/quantity
4. Commodity DG Details: Confirmation if DG,
5. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) certificate to be sent separately to [email protected] or [email protected]
6. If there are changes to the DG details, please note that they can only be submitted via electronic booking replacement. Please remember that you can place your bookings through our Online Business Suite here.
   

Effective from January 1, 2022, booking requests will not be processed if these details are not provided. In consequence, you will be asked to provide complete details under a new booking request.
