If you are shipping with our Indian Ocean Service (IOS), here's the latest update for your cargo planning. From mid-November this service will temporarily call at Wilhelmshaven (DE) instead of Hamburg (DE) to avoid the current congestion at Hamburg Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA).
The new temporary rotation for our IOS will be the following:
For your reference, here is the first vessel calling Wilhelmshaven, DE, including Voyage, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and week:
Vessel/Voyage | ETA | Port | Week |
---|---|---|---|
FRANKFURT EXPRESS V.4339W |
November 13, 2024 | Wilhelmshaven (DE) |
46 |
Considering the recent announcement regarding the Container Terminal Altenwerder (CTA) – Export Delivery Restriction, all boxes arriving in Hamburg, DE without a connecting export vessel will be rejected. We therefore request that all export shipments from "Frankfurt Express" onwards be delivered to Wilhelmshaven, DE.
We expect that the port situation in Hamburg (DE) will improve again. We plan to return to Hamburg with following vessel, including voyage, ETA and week:
Vessel/Voyage | ETA | Port | Week |
---|---|---|---|
NYK VESTA V.087W/088E |
January 08, 2025 | Hamburg (DE) | 02 |
