Digital Submission of Letter of Authority (LOA)

To simplify the handling of Letters of Authority (LOA), we now offer a fully digital submission process. Instead of filling out, printing, signing, and stamping documents, you can submit your LOA online in just a few steps.

The form is straightforward – simply complete the mandatory fields, no document uploads are required. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your entries and a notification after your LOA has been reviewed by our Customer Service teams.

If you submit a General LOA with a validity period, we will inform you before it expires. The authorised party will also be notified automatically once they are assigned to a specific Bill of Lading (BL).

Going forward, we will not only store General LOAs but also link them directly to the corresponding BL´s. Once all preconditions – such as payment received and BL surrendered – are met, the release process can be initiated automatically.
