Saudi Arabia - No CASH collection at Jeddah and Dammam Counters

Further to our previous advisory on e-payment, pls note that effective October 1, 2019 we will no longer accept Cash transactions at our Jeddah and Dammam counters in Saudi Arabia.

We offer the following alternative options to proceed with your payments:

SADAD, details can be found under previous CustomerNEWS on our website from June and August.

Invoices which are uploaded onto SADAD can only be paid via SADAD.

2. Online payment via bank transfer to Hapag-Lloyd Saudi Limited through The Saudi British Bank.

3. Point of Sale, myPOS, card terminal installation at counters located at the Hapag-Lloyd Saudi office premises at Jeddah and Dammam.

4. Certified Cheque
