Templates can be created and used to form the basis of a new booking request.
Note: Templates can be created from existing bookings by using the ‘Copy Data into Template’ button.
There are different ways of template creation:
Note: Existing templates can be amended, updated or deleted at any time.
If you want to create a template from a booking you are currently working on please use the ‘Copy Data into Template’ button (at the bottom of each tab) and input a name relevant to the template you are raising followed by pressing ‘Save’.
The name which you chose to call your template.
Saves the template.
Cancels the template without saving.
From the template list select and open the template you would like to update. Update the respective data and press 'Copy Data into Template' the template name will be prefilled with the existing name which can then be saved by selecting ‘Save as Template’.
Note: You can also use a template to create another template, from the template list select and open the template you would like to update. Update the respective data and press 'Copy Data into Template' update the template name to reflect the new data then save by selecting ‘Save as Template’.
Enter the name of your template. This field will be prefilled if you update an existing template.
This button will only be displayed if you want to save a template with a name that already exists. If you do not want to overwrite an existing template press 'Cancel' and enter a different name.
You can use your templates for the creation of new booking requests via the 'Template List'.
