The “Shipments” menu will show the latest 15 shipments. However, you can click on "Load More" button at the bottom of the screen to find 15 more shipments. You may repeat this until you see all desired transports.
In the Shipments screen, “You can pull down to refresh” to get the latest shipments. If the transport is still not visible, it might not be confirmed yet.
The container wise VGM status is not available currently but the same will be included in the upcoming enhancements.
Yes, you can track the status of the container using the booking number, BL number and the container number.
If the containers are not linked to the booking, then the search result will not show any container number.
Yes, you can share the status of a container by clicking the share button on the top right corner of the search results.
Yes! The auto routing is possible only if there is an inland location either in start or the end location. Up on creating a quotation which has an inland as a start or end location, open the quotation, then click the 3 dots on the top right corner to use the auto routing functionality.
Yes, you can send the quotation to your mailbox by clicking the “Mail” button at the end of the quotation screen.
Yes, you can see the draft booking that you saved in the web in mobile app. Moreover, you can save the draft booking in the web and continue working in the mobile app, and vice versa.
You can find the transit days and the arrival date information from the service section of the mobile app.
Yes, you can download the PDF. Up on opening the PDF, click the 3 dots on the top right corner and click download.
