Saudi Arabia - Implementation of new Import Service Fee (ISF) charge

Kindly note that Saudi EDI Company (TABADUL) has implemented a new charge of SAR 5/- per container for all shipments discharged in Dammam port.

• For Dammam delivery shipments - the charge will be collected directly from the consignee by Dammam terminal at the time of clearance.
• For Riyadh shipments - the terminal will bill this charge to the shipping line which will subsequently be charged by Hapag Lloyd to its customers.

Therefore, please be informed that effective immediately a new charge called Import Service Fee (ISF) will be added to the invoice along with the Delivery Order (D/O) fees for Riyadh shipments.

Note:
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applicable on the above charge.
