UAE Payment option - ODeX e-wallet

We have launched an instant payment confirmation when you pay via VAN (e-wallet) on the ODeX platform.
Effective June 21, 2020, you can now pay via the e-wallet option which will offer you an immediate payment confirmation once payment is made for Hapag-Lloyd invoices using an existing VAN (e-wallet) balance.

How to use VAN (e-wallet) on ODeX?

1. Prepaid – to load the VAN (e-wallet) on ODeX platform:

• Every customer will have a VAN account number. Use this account number to make online transfers or in person bank transfers.
• Once payment is successfully transferred your VAN account will be created.
  

2. Payment Process via VAN (e-wallet):

• VAN option should be noted as your mode of Payment
• Please select the VAN account and Proceed
• OTP will be sent to the users email id
• Once correct OTP is entered, the payment will be approved and an email notification is sent immediately
• Your VAN statement will be available at each login to track payment details
