Canada - Saint John Terminal - EDI implementation

With reference to the current Terminal Operations at DP World Terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick for diverted vessels.

Our IT experts continue to work with DP World to initiate full EDI reporting for all container event codes but full implementation is not yet available. Consequently, our internal systems are not updated with normal EDI timeliness as the update process is currently manual.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay in information and we continue to work towards full EDI implementation. In the interim we ask for your continued patience.

Please also be advised that DP World Saint John Terminal have advised that for any import container pick-up, trucks will need to arrive no earlier than Monday morning August 17th. This will provide their Operations Teams time to make sure all road containers are accessible.
