Region Middle East - Policy Changes for Rate Agreements (RA) / Marketing Routing Party (MR)

Considering our constant endeavor to improve the quality and handling of our bookings, documentation, and invoicing, we would like to inform you about changes that we are making regarding our booking process.

Since we will not make any changes to the Marketing Routing Party (MR) or Rate Agreement (RA) after the Booking Confirmation has been sent by us, we kindly advise you to ensure that the correct MR / RA is used at the time where the booking is placed.

If an exception is made, the booking needs to be processed as a new booking (subject to re-approval based on the revised rate).

The above policy will be implemented for all new bookings with immediate effect.
