Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa Operational Updates Week 41

Please find below the latest operational updates for the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent and Africa. You can also get an overview of more operational updates here.

South Africa Express (SAX)

There will be no sailing from London Gateway, UK (Southbound) on October 2, 2021, and from Durban, South on November 4, 2021. Due to this schedule change, the vessels below will adjust their arrival in London Gateway as follows:

  • MSC Chloe new planned arrival is October 16, 2021
  • Cape Tainaro new planned arrival is October 23, 2021
  • Conti Everest new planned arrival is October 30, 2021

Mediterranean West Africa Express (MWX)

  • MV Seaspan Ningbo V2137N will change its West Africa rotation to Apapa, Nigeria – Cotonou, Benin – Tema, Ghana – Tincan, Nigeria.
  • MV Heron Hunter V2138N will change its West Africa rotation to Cotonou, Benin – Apapa, Nigeria – Tema, Ghana – Tincan, Nigeria.

China – Kenya Express (CKX)

  • MV CMA CGM Tarpon V04IABW1MA will leave the service from Kenya, Mombasa expected to arrive on October 13, 2021. Export cargos to Asia will be transshipped in Jebel Ali, UAE expected to arrive to call on October 23, 2021, for further connection to their final ports of destination. Vessel replacement of CMA CGM Tarpon is yet to be known.
  • MV Oceania Dragon V21001W/E is expected to arrive in Shanghai, China (Westbound) on October 28, 2021 and is estimated to call Mombasa, Kenya (Eastbound) on November 19, 2021.

Kuwait Feeder (KWF)

  • MV Belgian Express V337W/E will omit Shuwaikh and cancel the additional call in Shuaiba, both of which are located in Kuwait, and will call Mundra, India instead. Shuwaikh call is expected to be called again on voyage 338W/E, then the vessel will add Shuaiba and Jubail in Saudi Arabia on the same voyage.

Indian Subcontinent – Mediterranean Express (IMX)

  • MV Baltic Bridge V0MX9YE1MA will call RSGT terminal in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to discharge cargos to avoid waiting time in DPW. The vessel will proceed to DPW to load cargo once the discharging operations completed.

Indamex 2 (IN2)

  • Extra vessel Dallas Express V01W/E is expected to arrive in Mundra, India (Westbound) on October 26, 2021 and estimated to call New York, USA (Eastbound) on November 26, 2021.

Indian Ocean Service 3 (IO3)

  • MV CMA CGM Titus V0PE27W1MA will not call Abu Dhabi, UAE while MV OOCL Asia V168W will not call Abu Dhabi, UAE and Port Qasim, Pakistan, for schedule recovery measures. There are no Abu Dhabi imports on board yet on MV CMA CGM Titus. Abu Dhabi imports of vessel OOCL ASIA will discharge in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for further connection to their final port of destination. The port where the Port Qasim imports will be discharged for further connection is yet to be advised.

Asia Gulf Express 2 (AG2)

  • There will be no sailing from Shanghai, China (Westbound) on November 4, 2021 and from Umm Qasar, Iraq (Eastbound) on November 28, 2021.

South America – Africa Service (SAT)

  • There was no sailing from Paranagua, Brazil (Eastbound) on October 4, 2021 and from Durban, South Africa (Westbound) on October 22, 2021. All vessel schedules will be adjusted by 1 week later than originally planned.

India – Europe Express Service (IEX)

  • Our service, connecting the Indian Subcontinent with the East Coast of North America, will be omitting its Savannah, GA call from week 42 to week 47.
  • IEX MV Tokyo Bay V. 2137W will not call Vizag, India
