The unique characteristics of this product must constantly adapt to a very variable market environment, where the overall quality that our product delivers is important for your cargo planning. As we strive to deliver our product with the utmost precision, we must also ensure that the cargo commitments are kept. Therefore, we are looking forward to keeping cancellations and no shows at the lowest possible level.

With the above in mind, there will be a change in the Cancellation Fee and No-Show Fee of our Quick Quotes Spot product. On the other hand, we will also increase the amount of the Compensation, which is the customer’s sole remedy in case we fail to comply with the guarantees offered under the Quick Quotes Spot product

Please be informed that the amounts for the Cancellation Fee, No Show Fee and Compensation Payment, will be effective from May 5, 2022. For your reference, please see the details below:

Quick Quotes Spot Per Container (USD) for Mainland China Origins* 
*Mainland China excludes Hong Kong and Taiwan

Effective May 5, 2022 to June  30, 2022

• Cancellation Fee: USD 500 per container
• No Show Fee: USD 600 per container
• Compensation Payment: USD 500 per container 

Effective July 1, 2022

• Cancellation Fee: USD 1000 per container
• No Show Fee: USD 1200 per container
• Compensation Payment: USD 1000 per container
