在“订舱需求列表”页面您可以找到您最近的订舱信息。
分类如下：

1. 未完成的订舱需求列表
   
2. 已递交的订舱需求列表
   
3. 已确认的订舱列表
   

安全性

作为赫伯罗特网上业务的用户，您只能查看您公司自己的订舱/订舱需求。

所有相关的数据不会泄露给未直接参与订舱的的他方。

如需搜索一个特定的订舱信息,请输入客户参考,或订舱地点或订舱号并按“查找”按键。

输入字段:客户参考

请输入您订舱时提供的客户参考。按这个搜索条件查找可找到所有包含此客户参考的订舱申请。

输入字段:地点

请输入一个或多个订舱时提供的地点,如出发地,装货港,卸货港或目的地。按这个搜索条件查找可找到所有包含这些信息的订舱申请。

输入字段:订舱号

请输入赫伯罗特的订舱号。

请注意:这个只有提交并确认舱位后才会生成。

复选框:只查找我的订舱

勾这个框只查找您自己申请的订舱,选择不勾这个框则会找到所有您公司下的订舱申请。

Here you can see all booking requests that have not been completed or submitted to Hapag-Lloyd subsequently they will not have been allocated a booking reference.  From here you have the option to complete and submit as required or use to form the basis of a copy booking.

Column: Customer Reference

The customer reference provided at the time of booking.

Note: There can be more than one booking / booking request with the same booking reference.

Column: Start Location / Port of Loading

The start location / Port of loading provided at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel Departure

The Vessel departure date selected at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel

The Vessel selected at the time of booking.

Column: Port of Discharge / End Location

The Port of discharge / End location provided at the time of booking.

Column: Creation Date

The date the booking was created.

Column: Create by

Name of the person who created the booking.

Button: Complete

If you want to complete a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Complete’ button you will be then taken back to where the booking was left.

Button: Copy

If you wish to copy a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Copy’ button.

Button: Delete

If you wish to delete a booking request from this list, please check the respective checkbox followed by the ‘Delete’ button.

Here you can see all booking requests that have been completed and submitted to Hapag-Lloyd, from here you have the option to copy a booking.

Column: Booking Number

The booking reference that has been assigned to this booking / booking request by Hapag-Lloyd.

Column: Customer Reference

The customer reference provided at the time of booking.

Column: Start Location / Port of Loading

The start location / Port of loading provided at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel Departure

The Vessel departure date selected at the time of booking.

Column: Vessel

The Vessel selected at the time of booking.

Column: Port of Discharge / End Location

The Port of discharge / End location provided at the time of booking.

Column: Creation Date

The date the booking was created.

Column: Create by

Name of the person who created the booking.

Button: Booking Request Details

If you want to view the data of a submitted booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the Booking Request Details button.

Button: Copy

If you want to copy the data of a submitted booking request you can do that by checking the respective checkbox followed by the Copy button.

Note: All tabs containing data that expired  and needs updating will be marked with an red asterisk.

在订舱时选择好船的离泊日期。

选项栏:船

在订舱时选的船。

选项栏：卸货港/目的地

在订舱时提供的卸货港/目的地。

选项栏：订舱日期

订舱的日期。

选项栏：订舱人

订舱人的名字。

按钮:订舱申请的具体信息

如果想查看订舱申请的数据您可以通过下列相应的复选框，按钮为“订舱的详细信息”。

按钮:复制

如果想要复制已提交的订舱数据，您可以通过下列相应的复选框，按钮为“复制”。

请注意:在所有选项卡中过期的和需要更新的数据会标记一个红色的星号。

按钮:装运货物的详细信息

如果想查看已确认的订舱申请信息，您可以通过下列相应的复选框按钮为“装运货物的详细信息”。
