Turkey - Booking Cancellation Fee Update

We would like to inform you that with effect from December 01, 2020 Hapag-Lloyd Turkey will update the Booking Cancellation fee as follows:

• Booking Cancellation Fee for Middle East & Far East destinations will be;
  FCL Cut Off - 4 Days (Working Days) USD 50 / Per Container
• Booking cancellation Fee for the other destinations will be;
  FCL Cut Off - 4 Days (Working Days) USD 50 / Per Container

Hapag-Lloyd Turkey must be informed about cancellation within the period of time that mentioned above.

Booking Cancellation fee occurs for all shipments that postponed from 1st planned vessel and not loaded.
