Here’s a reminder on the 24-hour manifest filing – a measure that has been taken to identify high risk cargo before it reaches its destination. Please note that the following countries require a mandatory electronic transmission of the complete cargo manifest by all Ocean Carriers and Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers to their respective customs at least 24 hours prior to loading the container on the vessel.
For your reference, please find here the list of countries:
To assist you, we will continue to send two reminders to the registered email address for receiving Draft Bill of Lading copies. Please note we will not send additional reminders or making follow up phone calls to customers who have not sent accurate shipping instructions prior to the documentation cut-off. If accurate and complete shipping instructions are not received before the cut-off, the cargo might be put on hold or be re-planned for the next available vessel based on operational feasibility. These changes result in additional handling, storage and shifting costs at the port that will be billed to the shipper.

Please note that self-filers must also ensure that their House Bills are lodged accurately to allow a match in our system by the documentation cut-off. This will enable the cargo to load.
