Pakistan - Simplification of Payment Procedure

To ensure simple, customer-friendly & time-saving process for our valued customers, we have introduced Specialized Deposit Slips (SDS) whereby Hapag-Lloyd bank account details have been pre-printed.

Effective June 15, 2020, we advise our valued customers to use SDS for timely release of Bill of Lading and Delivery Orders. Our valued customers can deposit funds into the designated HBL branches as SDS have been made available.

Steps for SDS:

• Select the type of payment
• Fill out Invoice / BL # as per the Invoice
• Fill out Customer Code as per the Invoice

Please note:

• Incomplete SDS will not be accepted by the bank.
• Cheque payment will not be accepted.
• Proof of payment in the form of scanned bank receipt for all bank payments (online/ cash) along with copy of pay order/ transfer receipt is to be emailed to following email ID: [email protected]
• Documents including Import DOs and Export BLs will only be issued after confirmed bank payments into HL Account.

Online Fund Transfer

The State Bank of Pakistan has simplified the procedure of online funds transfers. Therefore, we advise you to contact your bank for immediate online fund transfers. Please find below the bank account details for Online Fund Transfer:
