Here’s a handling update for shipments from Mainland China and Hong Kong

To further simplify and improve the release process of your shipments, we would like to inform you about an important update regarding the provision of Letters of Indemnity (LOIs) for shipments originating from Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Effective February 26, 2024, we will accept scanned copies of LOIs submitted by email for the following Bill of Lading release types:

• Telex Release
• Release at Destination
• Elsewhere Print of Bill of Lading
