General Rate Increase – North America to Arabian Gulf, Red Sea and Indian Subcontinent

We would like to inform you that with effect from May 7, 2018 Hapag-Lloyd will increase rates for all dry commodities as follows:

Origin: USA and Canada

Destined to: Arabian Gulf, Red Sea and Indian Subcontinent.

Dry Containers:

• USD 180 per 20' Container
• USD 200 per 40' Container

Arabian Gulf defined as: United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, Oman, Qatar, and the Saudi Arabia destinations of Dammam, Riyadh, and Jubail.

Red Sea defined as: Jordan, Djibouti, and the Saudi Arabian destination of Jeddah.

Indian Subcontinent defined as: India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
