China remains one of Hapag-Lloyd’s most important markets, where we are dedicated to growing with our customers and striving to provide a high level of quality in our service to customers.
To further improve the consistency and reliability of our services across China, we will enhance our China organizational set-up as follows:
Customer facing functions in Sales and Customer Service will remain in place at every Hapag-Lloyd office in Mainland China, China/Hong Kong and China/Taiwan to directly and timely address customers’ needs and requirements.
Through this enhanced and customer centric set-up, we are confident that Hapag-Lloyd will provide you with an even better experience of our trademark quality service.
The changes will be implemented step-wise from August 2018 until December 2018, during which period we will keep you concurrently updated of further development.
