Japan - Review of Outport Acceptance

In order to improve our service quality and serve you as our customer better, we shall streamline our products portfolio in respect of the ports of call in Japan.

Accordingly we will stop accepting bookings from and to following outports in Japan, as noted in below table, and effective January 1, 2020. Cargo acceptance in other ports will remain unchanged.

In case of Japan shipments accepted already, empty containers picked up, or shipments on the way to Japan and due to arrive post January 2020, our Customer Service team will continue to handle your cargo without any issue.
