New IMDG Code Amendment

We would like to inform you that the new IMDG Code amendment is available as of January 01, 2021.

Therefore, the IMDG Code Transition Period 2021 has started.

• IMDG Code 39th Amdt is valid until December 31, 2021.
• IMDG Code 40th Amdt is valid from January 01, 2021.

You can choose under which IMDG Code Amendment you want to declare the Dangerous Goods transport at Hapag-Lloyd.

Partner and Country restrictions may limit declaration under the 39th Amdt at any time during the transition year 2021.
