In our continuous efforts to improve our service offerings with respect to the booking turn time, we request the following support:

1. Rates: Request you to place booking only when you have valid confirmed rates. Our rates are available 24/7 via Quick Quotes. Without valid rates the bookings cannot be processed and have to be declined /cancelled.

2. Blank bookings: Please ensure to pick up containers within 5 days of positioning date (vessel ETA-10 days) to avoid booking cancellation. We will reach out to you to seek your feedback before cancelling.

3. Rollovers: Request you to reply on our follow up emails for equipment pick up to avoid booking cancellation. We will allow one roll over, in case you request to change the booking to next vessel.

4. Correct information: Request you to give correct information regarding mandatory requirements example number of containers/weight /POL/POD/commodity HS code at the time of booking submission. This helps us arrange confirmation faster.

Please note the process change is to support customers who have valid rates and their cargo is ready for shipment.
