Here's an update on NEFT/RTGS payment remittance communication for India. Please be advised that the communication mode has changed to direct updates on the ODeX portal instead of sending remittance details by email.
This means that you can continue to remit payments via NEFT/RTGSand share the remittance (UTR) details on ODeX portal. Please keep in mind that our Bank and Account details are mentioned in the invoices. In terms of payment receipts, please note that they will be confirmed within four working hours.
