Here's an update on our Asia to Europe, Middle East & Transpacific services during the Chinese New Year Period

With the Chinese New Year holiday period approaching, we would like to share the latest network adjustments with you. With your cargo planning in mind, we aim to provide predictability and optimal alternatives to help minimize potential disruptions to your supply chain. The overview below includes the affected weeks and services without sailings, including the first port of call.

Asia to US East Coast

US1

During Weeks 7, 8, and 9, the service will call Busan as the connection point to US2. After Busan, sailings will be blanked, with the following phase-out rotation in Asia: Haiphong – Shanghai (omitted) – Ningbo – Busan.

  • Week 7: Maersk Shivling 607E (Haiphong, 13 February 2026)
  • Week 8: Columbine Maersk 608E (Haiphong, 20 February 2026)
  • Week 9: GSL Alexandra 609E (Haiphong, 27 February 2026)

Cargo destined for Charleston can be routed via Cartagena on US2, with onward coverage provided by GUF northbound sailings.

US2

  • No cancelled sailings

  • Week 8: Kuala Lumpur Express 608E (Ningbo, 21 February 2026) will add a call at Savannah and omit Norfolk.
    Rotation: Cartagena – Savannah – New York – Norfolk (omitted) – Cartagena

  • Week 10: Corcovado 610E (Ningbo, 7 March 2026) will add a call at Savannah and omit Norfolk.
    Rotation: Cartagena – Savannah – New York – Norfolk (omitted) – Cartagena

US3

  • No cancelled sailings

US4

  • No cancelled sailings

  • No sailing in Week 8 (Shanghai, February 19, 2026)

  • Shanghai volumes can be loaded on NE2 Al Muraykh 609W (Shanghai, February 25, 2026)

  • Al Muraykh 609W will induce an additional call at Algeciras.

  • Week 9: Monaco Maersk 609W (Shanghai, February 21, 2026).
  • Shanghai volumes can be loaded on NE1 Al Dahna Express 608W (Shanghai, February 23, 2026).

  • Munkebo Maersk 609W will induce an additional call at Tangier.
