Shipping from India? Here's a local charges update

If you are shipping from India, please note that we will revise the Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) and No Show Fee / Customer Roll Over Fee (CRO).

This update applies to all trades from India. The revised charges will apply** from July 22, 2026, for non-FMC trades and from August 7, 2026, for FMC-regulated trades. Both charges will be valid until further notice.

The details are listed below:

  • Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF): USD 300 per container
    • Applicable for all trades. This fee applies to all container types*** when a booking is cancelled within 14 days to the vessel’s Estimated Time of Departure (ETD).
  • No Show Fee / Customer Roll Over Fee (CRO): USD 300 per container
    • Applicable for all trades. This fee applies to all container types*** when a booking is rolled within 10 days from the initial vessel ETD.

The revised charges apply to bookings cancelled or rolled over on or after the relevant effective date, irrespective of when the booking was created.

**All the non-FMC bookings that will be cancelled/rolled-over from July 22, 2026 & all the FMC bookings that will be cancelled/rolled-over from August 7, 2026, will attract new charges irrespective of when the booking was created.

***Except all DG bookings for either COC or SOC.
