China – Update on Coronavirus Situation

Further to our published news on February 11, 2020, we would like to provide you with an update on the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus in the Hubei province and the impact to our operations across China.

Our offices in China except Wuhan are open with selected staff members for critical tasks. Business operations are being supported by our staff working remotely with access to the Hapag-Lloyd network. Counter services have been resumed work as from February 11 on the basis of appointment with our local offices.

All terminals and depots are now open. However, some are still operating at limited capacity. Furthermore, truckers shortage remains an issue. In case any additional information on a specific location is required, please reach out to your local office.
