Port of Waterford – New Service Announcement

Hapag Lloyd Ireland , in partnership with BG Freight Line, are very proud to announce the launch of a new port offering from Waterford to complement our existing container services out of Dublin, Cork and Belfast.

This weekly feeder service will connect local businesses with the deep-sea shipping hubs of Rotterdam and Liverpool.

Hapag Lloyd intends to support Industry in the South East of the country by providing an additional shipping solution, whereas previously exporters would have been reliant on Dublin and Cork for their shipping needs.

The close proximity to Continental Europe will provide these customers with a more cost effective and efficient service whilst connecting exporters and importers to a variety of International Trade Routes.
