China, Hong Kong, Taiwan – Booking Window Implementation Update

With reference to our first CustomerNEWS on Booking Window Implementation for Greater China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), we would like to provide an update. In order to provide a realistic and accurate vessel outlook and to avoid repeated booking adjustments, with the upcoming Chinese New Year long holiday, Hapag-Lloyd will expand the booking window with immediate effect in order for customers to better plan their shipments.

Please find the detailed booking windows below, counted in calendar days along with the general terms.

General terms:

1. Booking window is based on the timeline stated in the following tables for main service (Table 1) and feeder services (Table 2).
2. Booking window calculation is based on the booking received date till vessel ETD of the Port.
4. Bookings received from the day onwards should follow the below booking window logic.
5. Bookings which may fall outside of the below booking window scope will regretfully be cancelled.
